I have a deep-rooted passion for public assistance programs. Since 2016, I’ve worked at both the State and Federal levels, specializing in SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid. My experience has given me firsthand insight into the challenges agencies face, and I bring a unique way of looking at complex problems, excelling at identifying the big picture and crafting effective solutions. With a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma for Government and a Black Belt in progress, I combine a data-driven approach with creative problem-solving to tackle inefficiencies head-on. I work closely with organizations to streamline processes, improve customer service, and empower teams—driving meaningful, lasting change.
After nearly a decade of serving in public assistance programs at both State and Federal levels, I’ve officially launched my consulting business—a new chapter filled with purpose and possibility. Recent "storms" led me to step away from my Federal civilian service, opening the door to pursue my passion for empowering public assistance agencies in a new way. Over the last two years, I’ve been honored to receive awards and accolades for my innovation and impactful contributions. I look forward to carrying that momentum forward, working one-on-one with agencies to streamline processes, improve customer service, and inspire transformation that truly makes a difference.
